Ah, but Maggie made it clear in one of the earlier text updates that "I am yours totally as long as you go after Charlie!" so she is basically throwing a big invisible "NYAH!" to the GMTTA.
Personal feelings aside, Maggie definitely puts "Parson having the full picture" over "what the GMtTA want" - First there's Book 2, Epilogue 12, where the GMtTA want to give Parson only a rough idea of what Thinkamancers can do, with an emphasis on the battle tactics aspect, while Maggie takes the stance that he needs to know everything, and ends the update by lying to the GMtTA about going with their consensus.

Then there's Book 3, Page 37, where she actually fills him in on the fuzzier, scarier aspects of her discipline.

I am about to violate a trust, something I do not do lightly, Lord. Not at all. But to be frank, my faith in your judgment is greater than my faith in the judgment of the Great Minds. I must share some of what Thinkamancy truly is.
For what it's worth, I think Maggie was mostly teasing Parson when she suggested going out on the city maintenance walk with an Archon. After all, if he were the type to jump in the sack, he'd have done it by then. If he does get close to someone, I'm not sure how she'll take it.
It's interesting to figure out what size relates to. Stanley obviously wanted a huge warlord when the spell was cast. Size is a big difference between Janis and Olive, and Olive definitely had more power so that's not it. We've seen people get smaller as they get lazy. Racial differences have to be made since Twolls and Elves are naturally taller or larger but not for the same reasons.

So far I think skinny/overweight relates to how selfless they are, while height has to do with honor. But I also think it's likely more complex than that. Such as the size of the Stupidworld reference their signamancy points to.

Maybe, but I don't think so. I think she also wanted him to talk to the archons. Learn about Charlie. I'm also not quite clear on how spiteful Maggie is, but a small part of that may have come from the satisfaction of controlling Charlie's girls. I also theorized that Maggie may have wanted Parson to get out any frustrations he had so that he wouldn't be distracted. Any way you look at it, if you're a commander, you don't ignore any of your units. It's generally a bad idea to do so. Whether or not Maggie was teasing about bringing an archon to bed, she may have simply wanted him to get over his awkwardness with them. After all, archons were one of the more versatile units that they had and he is the perfect warlord. He really shouldn't be afraid to talk to them OR give them orders.

She was confused on why he didn't just order one to bed if he was interested. He had to explain that us Terrans have free-will and it seems like sexual abuse to make such an order. It made her smile because of the novelty of the idea.

The fact that her previous words were that Parson could order any unit to have sex with him is just kinda odd. She was definitely teasing him at the very least.
Poor Parson.

He can't have nookie with anyone in Erfworld under his command, because that would be immoral.

And while it would not be immoral to have nookie with a free caster in Erfworld, it would be risky. Risky is not Loyal, and Parson is Loyal, so he can't.

And if he goes back to Stupidworld without having Erfworld-nookie, he will regret it. And he knows that.

So poor Parson.

This I think is correct. In particular considering how much the drawn size differs, I think it is safe to assume it is merely an aspect of Signamancy.
Sizemore had nookie with a free caster and he's loyal even when he's ordered to do stuff he hates.

Sizemore is (or at least was) not hated by general consensus of the Magic Kingdom.

Poor Bogroll, he was totally friendzoned by Parson.

Why can't we have a female twoll in the comic?

I just realized we have evidence that at least some twolls have "honey holes". https://wiki.erfworld.com/IPTSF_Text_5
Well, eww, but I don't know which hole that is.
