Got another. Since Parson brought up Portal, why not Gordon Freeman's HEV suit? Rework a bit to make it look like armor, and place a little hamstard over the Lambda symbol.

Kinda hard coming up with armor ideas; not sure what would look good with Parson's girth. He may want to stick with a cape though; capes are slimming.

Could even get a barbarian Hat Magician to make the helmet Think proof.

But speaking of capes.

NO CAPES!
Juggernaut is WAY better than the Blob.
Bonus points for "Get out of my head, Charles!"
Great, now I'm imagining this comic's antagonist looking (and sounding) like Patrick Stewart, in a high-tech wheelchair.
I don't think we've had any X-Men references yet.

Two possible explanations

1) Rob isn't a fan of X-men
2) Marvel/DC are incredibly aggressive when it comes to enforcing their copyrights.

I'm guessing it's number 2.

Unlike webcomic artists who like to give each other shout-outs. Sargeant Schlock had a cameo as a cwap-golem back in book 1, the black dwagons disappeared during the familicide, and TBH I don't know what other webcomic shoutouts. Does the wiki have a list?

3) He just hasn't gotten around to them yet because there are TONS of characters/celebrities to reference

Besides, we got a few comic characters already
Scarlet Witch, Dr Strange, Dr Manhatten. And Ossomer himself is meant to be a superman reference; sometimes the references aren't as obvious
Not forgetting that Wanda dressed as Wonder Woman. And Jack dressed as the Joker.
Oh right, I forgot the Wanda Woman.

We also in fairness can't use Sizemore as a good indication of ability.

He would never be able to be above novice/adept in things like Flower Power due to his initial discipline. As much as I think Sizemore is a total bro and one of my favourite characters he is pretty much the example of caster limitation.

He is also apparently pretty crap at other disciplines which is in contrast to Wanda the omni-caster which in fairness isn't that much of an advantage she holds as she seems to be determined to completely neglect the use of her own juice and I am really looking forward to a Parson and Wanda chat about what she can actually bring to the table above and beyond decryption.

This isn't really an indication of could Sizemore learn other 'Stuffamancy' schools of magic because every other Grand Abbie/Head Master has always been a master of at least one discipline before learning others. Sizemore still hasn't mastered his initial one.

Edit: After reading my initial post I just want to stress how rare learning another school even within ones discipline must be. Issac the most powerful Great Mind is only still a master of two disciplines and an adept of the other. He is portrayed as being the best of the best and this is compounded by comparison to his peers.

Not all caster groups seem to have affinity to each other either. The Eyemancer disciplines seem to have some affinity towards each other. It sounds like the Stuffamancy school's have a little bit of correlation with each other. Hippimancy often seems to be a synonym to a florist, and it seems like a florist has a little bit of a synergy with Datamancy. But none of the florists or so far have shown to have any affinity towards Signamancy. Signamancers and florists just seem to be completely different in both magic they can do and life philosophies. Neither Janice or Olive have done signamancy and they are both powerfull casters who refer to themselves as Hippymancers rather then florists. Their has been no correlation between croakamancy and shockamancy either. And Predictamcers and Mathamancers do not seem correlated at all. One can read fate, and the other users scientific reasoning to calculate odds, but neither can do things the others way.

It might only be the eyemancer disciplines and Flowerpower/Datemancy, that have affinity towards each other. The rest of the caster groupings may mean nothing. It could just be erfworlders trying to classify things, and putting things into patterns, but doing it incorrectly.

Conclusion: Sizemore might not be able to do Changemacy or Dittomancy any easier then he can do Shockamancy or any other school. And Wanda might not be able to do Shockamancy any better then Findamancy.

But then again Jack is just a foolamancer and Maggie is just a Thinkamancer. Caster overlaps just might be really rare. Or maybe it has more to do with the casters personality /signamancy then the actual school of magic they are in. So pacifist Sizemore may be more likely to be able to learn flower power, then other magic classes in the stuffamancy school. And I can see Charlie being able to do thinkmancy better then he could do hat magic, just because of who his natural signamancy represents.
