Surely our ranger... I mean, "barbarian" royal could be none other than Jillian, right?
Poor Charles, unable to move and cut away from his only relief.

Tower interactions are amazing, there's something so endearing about the little statues and cups used to convey the non verbal parts... Speaking of towers, is this primordial being aware of flower power and hero buds? Maybe the Stupidworld concept of "dope" came from its connection to the Arkendish?

Maybe towers were alive to begin with and someone Decided to cheat and seal them a few tenthousandturns ago.

Can't wait to see how what's on TV and GK. Not having Bunny back would be such a heartbreak :(

This last is a bit unrelated, apologies.

I'm posting just to say today's been a skip day. The whole point of saying we'll have two of these a month is to keep the pressure off the team and keep it sustainable and enjoyable for us to make the comic. Now's as good a day as any to call one, and to remind everyone that they're going to happen regularly. But in the future, I won't be making news posts to announce or acknowledge them. Thanks for understanding.

While I get the reasoning for the skip day, the way it's conveyed seems a bit hostile (it might be just me though). Also, a simple "Hey everyone we're having a skip day see you next chapter!" would suffice, not announcing them is unnecessary uncertainty to your customers and fans.

Could be Saline IV. After all, the stories we've heard, Stanley & Sizemore were out in the field sacking Faq and didn't see him croak... and when Parson asked Vurp about it, Vurp lied.

Saline may have abdicated and either gone barbarian or founded a new side far, far away.

I can kind of understand why he doesn't want to do the announcements, but honestly I'd prefer less overall updates with a locked down schedule. I don't want to step on any toes though, and the most important thing is that Rob and Team Erfworld keep their sanity.

But then you'd need "The Fellowship" ... umm, like GK and Transylvito ...

Ok, so we have a fellowship, now we have towers, who is the missing king?

Ansom.

Agreed. The tone is off. Just have a 'next chapter = date' widget and be done with it. Especially since I believe they have some buffer (or should have, at least one or 2 pages), so it seems doable to announce when the next one will drop.

My impression has been that Team Erfworld has a stack of mostly-completed pages which routinely end up getting small tweaks right up to the day, hour, or even minute of publication. This gets called a "buffer" because, thanks to perfectionist tendencies pushing the 80/20 rule (80% of the effort is the last 20% of the visible work) to extremes, those pages look very nearly done.
For a moment, I paniced when no update occured by the timelimit's end. Then I realised that Daylight Savings started in Sydney, meaning the clocks were an hour faster than usual. So all was good at 11pm EST.

It takes more than a rabble such as this, to make a King!
With this chapter, at long last puts away the myth that the only ones that can love Charlie are his "brainwashed" archons, for there is another (woman) that loves him: His mother.
