The scene where Wanda talks to Janis implies it, but doesn't out right say it. That's the closest we've ever gotten.

Am I seriously the only one that got the hint from the Battle in Castle Lilith? While you can't decrypt an uncroaked, you can certainly recrypt them. Which is just a matter of turning the undead to the plier's side.
I'm sorry this being page 10, but I just thought about it and am too lazy to comb through them all...

Isn't TV nearly flat broke at this point? Those gems are schmuckers converted into gems, of course... but where did those come from? I believe that Stanley just transferred quite a lot of cash to TV, and that's why they are also so kind about Parson and smiling and stuff....

General running theory seems to be that the gems are all/most of GK's money, and TV is collecting some kind of commission for helping them dodge huge contract penalties with CC.
Any unit that is uncroaked or decrypted, no matter what Side it comes from, becomes part of the Side of the Croakamancer what made it.

If you uncroak or decrypt a croaked unit, then that corpse was anybody's. But if you attempt to decrypt or uncroak (f'rinstance, you wanted to use uncroaking to revenant-nap an already decrypted unit in an attempt to invoke Erfworld's capture mechanic) something that is already been given Motion, then that unit IS sided. An uncroaked unit has no will and cannot choose to turn unless it's been told specifically to do so, or any attempt to turn it is also an attempt on it's creator? A decrypted unit has will and will not wish to turn, because Duty.

Lady Wanda Firebaugh knows some Turnamancy, but likely no other 'mancer has both and so couldn't both Turn and Motionize the unit.

It's been stated that Dollamancers can control enemy dolls, if I remember correctly. I wonder if a master can permanently turn one.
Just wanna say that I find Ceasar's rush to cover for Parson ("he doesn't mean he did it") kind of adorkable. And also very mobster-ish.
I'm sure Wanda can "turn uncroaked" in the sense of temporarily controlling them. The problem is that uncroaking consumes the body of a unit to create a different unit type, one that doesn't leave a body. Decrypting uncroaked would be like decrypting a ditto, you decrypt bodies, not units, and uncroaked, like dittos, don't leave bodies.

I think that, if Wanda faced a large enough army of undead with enough lead time to prepare, she might be motivated to see if there was a new skill/power she could use with the 'pliers. But her standard decryption won't work without a body, and a unit is not a body. I think that Wanda should eventually be able to carry out some kind of upgrade to living units that makes them have the benefits of decrypted (no upkeep, Wanda+'pliers bonus, super loyal) but also leave a body if they croak. If she were able to upgrade decrypted that way, she'd be basically invincible (even without that, doubling the number of deaths required to eliminate a unit is a trick worth knowing).

But I suspect that even if she figured out how to use it on uncroaked you'd just get a 'recrypted' version of the uncroaked unit, pretty pathetic.

P.S. Yeah, in TV "I'm sorry" always comes with a hidden smirk.
It might be something the Arkenpliers can do, if its abilities are enhanced like Charlie's dish was.

That, my friend, is where the boundaries between Dollamancy and Turnamancy lie. I'm always a proponent of Erf magic is a continuous variable, and that exploring the continuum definitely contributes to Masterclassing a class.
