What I'm interested to see is whether Healomancy actually works on Parson. I don't really see compelling reasons for it not to (Natural Healomancy at the start-of-turn obviously works for him, as do many other Natural-mancies) but still, that'd be an interesting monkey wrench in the works.

He got Healed by Crusher here.

Right because stating the truth that charlie himself has explicitly stated also is a lie. Oh wait it isn't.

Good point, I had forgotten. What I meant though was that his current injuries are nothing like any he's faced so far. Incapacitation is one thing, it's technically just a status effect. And same for Hits, I'm sure Healomancy could restore those too. But Healomancy is intended to treat Erflings; creatures who don't bleed. So what if it can't stop Parson from bleeding?
Good point, the fire was "normal" Erfworld fire that did Hits damage, but these bullets might be.. something else. The predictamancer said the scroll was for the archon, but it's a mass spell. Maybe she didn't say it was for Parson ... oh titans was that it? That she mouthed/whispered "Parson" and Jack saw/heard "Archon" ?
Crusher's spell also restored Parson's cauterized face. I doubt the current damage would be any extra trouble, unless he bleeds to death before being healed.

Hello, didn't she notice that she had lost a Chief Warlord bonus (or do you only get to perceive that when you're stacked with your CW)?

Units do notice that something is different and they're weaker, but they have to be somewhat more intelligent than the average piker in order to puzzle out why.

I'm pretty sure that being more intelligent than the average piker is kind of a class feature of Archons.
Hey tropers, what's the term for this kind of event? World-changing wake-up call for everyone in the world, Importance thick in the air like ozone after rapidly depleting a fully-upgraded tower's defences?
Random thought on the portal deflections and apologies for not reading through 19 pages to find out if someone else said the same thing:

Most (if not all) kingdoms now have their portals locked down on their own sides. If you had a big iron door blocking your portal and a bullet came through the portal, it would ding off and be deflected immediately back out.

The bullets may be able to go through portals, but everyone else has theirs blocked.

Paradigm shift?

You're really overthinking this, in my opinion.
